Abstract
Ability of Islamic Bank effectively produce and also its institute manajerial (is) determined by how big Islamic Bank can channel fund to society, so that they can produce in an optimal fashion. To be more comprehend mudharabah akad (trust financing contract) in Islamic Bank require to be performed (a) (by) research of Akad Mudharabah in order to chaneling of fund with sharing holder system (in) Bank of Muamalat Indonesia Branch good Semarang evaluated from facet Punish Islam and problems faced (by) Bank in realize Akad Mudharabah in order to channeling of fund with profit sharing system and way to overcome (his/its) and or minimization of its problem of that. This research aim to comprehend the problem of akad mudharabah in order to channeling of fund with profit sharing system and way to overcome (his/its) and or minimization (him/it). Approach method weared (by) (is) method approach yuridis where before performing (a) research of field beforehand check book materials. Effort to prevent and or minimization the happening of this problem by : eamings monitoring and monitoring project of {is project of 2. Problem of which in the form of information, problem of this happened when client/mudharib reaction of digressing of contract of mudharabah which have been agreed on. Effort to prevent and or minimization the happening of this problem by screening to client candidate which will defray, screening of project, signing up complete in meaning contained {by} in bond about duration, sharing profit ratio, and ratio guarantee determined with Revenue.
