Abstract
In March 2020, the government officially announced that the COVID-19 pandemic had penetrated Indonesia. The pandemic that occurred also affected the public economic sector. Government offices implement a work from home (WFH) system, thereby automatically suppressing the need for shopping for office goods. In addition, many procurement processes have been hampered, even halted as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Many of the budgets previously earmarked for the activities of Ministries/Agencies have been reduced and diverted to activities to handle the COVID-19 pandemic. This affects the realization of budget absorption during the covid pandemic at Ministries/Agencies. The realization of budget absorption at Ministries/Agencies is categorized into 3 (three) levels, namely: (1) low absorption rate if it is less than 90%; (2) moderate absorption rate if it is between 90% to 94.99%; and (3) high absorption rate if the realization of budget absorption is more than 95%.
