Abstract

With the Covid-19 outbreak that emerged as a global pandemic, many things have changed rapidly in human life. Almost all of human life have experienced a shift as a form of adjustment and adaptation to existing conditions after the Covid-19 pandemic. This pandemic has enormous social, economic and political effects in various countries in the world. A new order of human life has begun with all the changes that inevitably have to be faced, if you don't want to be left behind with a new order that has emerged, which was previously unthinkable. The Covid-19 pandemic virus outbreak began to be controlled after the discovery of a vaccine as an anticipatory solution to inhibit the transmission system of this virus. Gradually, the pattern of human life is starting to return to almost normal, although it cannot be as normal as it was before the emergence of this pandemic. Several new orders emerged as the new normal in the post-Covid-19 pandemic era. A new business climate is created which companies must respond to, if they don't want to be left behind. The use of technology and digitalization has experienced an extraordinary acceleration as a form of response to the new order in the business climate. Managers of human resource management are also forced to make adjustments by setting one of the appropriate work methods. If before the pandemic, all employees had to be in the office to carry out their duties and work, and were at home during the pandemic, then in the post-Covid-19 pandemic era, employees work in a combination between home and office for a period of time. From the conditions of the post-Covid-19 pandemic era (variable X), a combined work method was created in the form of a hybrid method (variable Y) to regulate the work patterns of employees in the company. This new work method is believed to be able to restore employee productivity to performance as before with a balance of work patterns
