Abstract

A strategy for managing talent is a well-thought-out and rigorous plan for locating, training, and keeping top personnel in an organization. This study demonstrates that this condition is significant, which means that the talent management variable, which consists of three indicators, namely recruitment and selection, placement, and development, will improve employee performance as a result of the process of recruitment and selection. Additionally, this condition was found to be significant by this study. Using qualitative research, the results demonstrate that talent management is an important aspect in the success of an organization. This is due to the fact that talent management may assist businesses in improving the performance of their employees. Research has demonstrated that career management has an effect on employee performance. This finding shows that an organization's operations may be enhanced if its staff possesses high levels of both career and performance. Every company will be prosperous if it is able to maximize the use of the skills possessed by its workforce and determine the return on investment for each financial commitment it makes
