Abstract
Positive organizational behavior can have a significant impact on the welfare and social development of the community.Organizations that have good behavior in society are those that recognize their social responsibility as an integral part of the society in which they operate. Essentiality of society and state as a concept: explanation of the concept of essentiality of society and state as the main foundation in the context of organization. In this study the authors formulate two formulations of the problem of how the implementation of the essentiality of society and the state can be applied effectively in Organizational Behavior? And what are the factors that influence organizational behavior in the implementation of the essentiality of society and the state. This study is a qualitative research with interview techniques, observation and literature. The results of this study is the implementation of social and state essentiality in organizational behavior has significant theoretical and practical benefits. By taking into account social, environmental, and sustainability responsibilities, organizations can create long-term value, gain competitive advantage, and help build a more inclusive and sustainable society and factors such as strong leadership, clear policies and guidelines, supportive organizational culture, stakeholder engagement, adequate capacity and resources, and employee engagement, influence organizational behavior in the implementation of community and state essentiality.
