Abstract

Organizational culture plays a central role in influencing employee behavior and performance in the work environment. In this study, a multidisciplinary approach was used to examine the relationship between organizational culture, behavior, and employee performance. Through a literature review, the concept of organizational culture and the factors that influence it are explained in detail. Previous research has indicated that a positive organizational culture has the potential to increase motivation, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and overall performance. On the other hand, an organizational culture that is negative or not in line with individual values can trigger dissatisfaction, conflict, and reduce employee performance. Through conceptual analysis and empirical research, this study was able to identify the main factors in organizational culture that have a significant influence, such as organizational values, norms, and shared beliefs. In addition, this study also describes potential mechanisms that can explain the relationship between organizational culture and employee behavior and performance. The findings from this study provide in-depth insight into how organizational culture influences employee motivation, commitment, and behavior in an effort to achieve optimal performance. Thus, it can be concluded that organizational culture has a significant impact on employee behavior and performance. Therefore, it is important for managers and organizational leaders to pay serious attention to developing and maintaining a positive organizational culture and in line with individual values. These actions can increase motivation, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and overall performance. This research makes a significant contribution to our understanding of the role of organizational culture in the modern business context, and encourages further research in this area to dig deeper into this topic
