Abstract

Jumbo Startea is a business unit that provides modern beverage products with a packaged ready-to-drink concept whose presence at Pasar Kemayoran Block A4 No 15 was triggered by the business owner's desire to create a Modern Tea outlet in order to dominate the largest market share at that location without competitors. The purpose of this study was to analyze the business feasibility study on the Jumbo Startea business plan from market and business location aspects. The approach used in this study is a descriptive approach with qualitative methods. The type of data in this study is primary and secondary data. Research techniques that the authors use to collect data through observation and interviews. The analysis used in this research is BMC (Business Model Canvas) analysis. From the results of this study, the Jumbo Startea business is declared feasible, because it can control the largest market share in a location without competitors, so the author is optimistic about this business..
