Abstract

This study aims to analyze the business competitiveness of Pertamina Nitrogen Services Gas Stations by considering the factors that influence consumer acceptance and preferences. The research method used was a questionnaire survey of consumers using nitrogen services at several Pertamina gas stations. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and regression analysis to determine the effect of variables such as price, service quality, brand image, and promotion on consumers' decisions to choose nitrogen services at Pertamina gas stations. The results showed that the nitrogen service at Pertamina Gas Stations had good competitiveness in the market. The price and quality of nitrogen fertilization services have proven to have a significant impact on consumer decisions to use these services. In addition, a good brand image and effective publicity at Pertamina gas stations also have a positive impact on consumer acceptance and preference for nitrogen services. In conclusion, Nitrogen Services at Pertamina Gas Stations have the potential to continue to grow and develop in the market. This business competitiveness analysis provides a comprehensive picture of the factors that influence consumer preferences and can be the basis for developing a more effective marketing strategy for Pertamina SPBU Nitrogen Services. By leveraging the strength of existing brands and services, Pertamina gas station can maintain its position as a major player in the nitrogen service industry and increase its competitive advantage.
