Abstract

State Finance covers the entire series of activities related to the management of all rights and obligations of the state. Examination of Management and Accountabilityof State Finance, State Finance as the most important part in the implementation of national development whose management is impepresented in the National Budget (APBN) as well as the Regional Budget (APBD). Apbn and APBD are the main pillars of state financing. This whole series of activities has financial consequences that require a careful financial planning in budgeting or budgeting. This budget has functions such as guidelines in managing state finances in a certain period, tools of supervision and control of the public to government policies and as a tool of supervision of the government's ability to implement the policies that have been chosen
