Abstract
This study aims to determine how big the influence of compensation and motivation on employee performance at the Department of Housing and Settlement Areas of South Sulawesi Province. The samples obtained were 100 employees.” “Data collection uses secondary data obtained from questionnaires using the saturated sample technique. The population is 100 employees of the Housing and Land Affairs Office of South Sulawesi Province, while the sample taken is 100 respondents. method of data analysis using multiple regression technique with the help of SPSS 22.0 program.” “The results of this study indicate that compensation and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Thus the hypothesis proposed in this study is accepted.”
